Dear all,

I am asking for your input as testers of a new tool:

histoGraph (www.histograph.eu) uses automatic face detection and identification together with crowd-validation to create a social graph of people co-occurring in historical photographs. One of its major components is a question answering component inspired by stackoverflow.com. A first demonstrator is available now and we would be grateful if you could take a moment to explore the Research Inquiries component, create a few new ones and engage with some of the existing ones.

We are also happy to announce that the technology on which histoGraph is based will go open source very soon.

Try it out at www.histograph.eu

We’d love for you to share your thoughts, email us at histograph@cvce.eu
histoGraph is part of the FP7-funded project CUbRIK (http://www.cubrikproject.eu/).

Thanks,

Marten
